The John Quincy Adams Quotation:
I think I've covered this before but I'll direct you to Rational Rant's website for the 411 here and here. We often see this quotation cited by Christian Nationalists.
Jon, I probably don't know the history of this quote as well as yourself but if this is based on a magazine publication from 1860 then where did they get it? I also don't know JQ Adams well enough to infer whether or not this fits with his other expressions. Jim
