Steve Walsh Does the '80s:

This video typifies 80s cheese.

When Walsh quit Kansas, he formed a band called Streets, with some impressive musicians (especially Mike Slamer on guitar). But the genre -- commercial 80s rock -- is not exactly my cup of tea. YouTube just uploaded one of their videos.

Walsh definitely is a strange dude. He's my favorite singer though. He could be second to Henry Rollins as one of the buffest rock singers. And he actually finds a way to show himself lifting weights (and singing about "3 sets of 20") in this video. In Kansas, he used to wear an Adidas outfit with tight gym shorts that made him look like a cross between a 70s gym coach and a porn star.

But strangely enough, his weirdness entertains me.
